I was so saddened and shocked about the news, it made me cry. I remember back to the days of Ridge Elementary when he would come out for PTA meetings, school performances, field days and many other events all the way through High School when he would come out to support the Freeman chorus events and marching band. I remember him as a very caring and kind father who I can see loved his wife and children very much. He will be remembered and he will be missed very much! My love and prayers go out to you all and your families.

Lynne and family - know that you are surrounded by the love of your church family,friends and His love.  Oh how we will miss him - he did such a great job on teaching Jeremiah and was such a wonderful man and will be missed by all.  May God send each of you gentle comfort and peace.  God bless. I worked with Jim at Waco Inc. until he left. We had great talks about everything and He was wonderful to work with. I think I met you once at the Christmas Party one year. I also sold Jim a slr camera. Keep the memories of Jim in your heart, and tell his stories often each other to keep him with you. I will keep you in my heart.

I was so shocked and saddened to hear of your loss.  I have such fond memories of your family and Mr. Chambers.  I struggle with why God chooses such great men to be taken away from us (my father-in-law passed 7 years ago and he was amazing like Mr. Chambers), but realize he needs them.
