My husband & I were so sorry to hear about the passing of Jay.  We would also like to send our condolences to Jay's family, including his son, Colby.  He talked about Colby all the time, stating how proud he was of his son & how much he loved him. 

We met Jay when he worked for Apria Healthcare.  He was very good to us.   Always professional, courteous, & friendly.  We felt like he also became a friend to us.  I am sure he touched many people's lives through his job.  He shared with us that he was a Christian.  

We know he will certainly be missed by his family & friends.  Unfortunately we just heard about his passing 2 days ago.

I am so sorry to hear of your son's passing, Jim. I remember our dinner with him at the Red Lobster, where he was the life of the party.  My heart and prayers are with you and your family.

From youth group to competitive b-ball games you were a great friend to have. I saw 1st hand you grow your faith in Christ.  I will truly miss those times.  My prayers for your family and Colby to be surrounded by God's love during these times.

My sweet boy, yes, you were a boy to me,  I miss you so much, we all do. But I realize you were His, before you were mine, and that He needed you at His side.. I have no doubt you are rejoicing  your homecoming in the heavens! I am so lost, but have no doubt your soul is secure and in God's care, and as lost as I am today, I can live with that knowledge! My condolences to Colby the love of Jay's life and Jay's entire family, especially his loving Mom that he loved so much. Jay was a friend for many years, I called him my brother, we shared many good times and Al was a part of those good times too. Jay had a heart of gold and he would light up a room, his smile was contagious. I will love and miss you always...rest easy in sweet peace my friend, until we meet again. May God be with Colby, Ms. Davis and the entire Fox/Davis families. Jay was AWESOME and he was the BEST of everything!

Nothing can prepare us for such sudden tragedy ! In the midst of our grief , it comforts us to know that you are with Jesus and all your family that already were there. Jay Jay managed Varsity baseball and basketball for Myself and Coach Rudacille at Varina HS. We loved him like a son. He understood what was really important and was a gift to many. The title of MANager fit him very well as he was a young MAN. I am glad that I told him that over 30 years ago. I thought of him as a son.  God bless his memory on earth and his precious soul in heaven.

My heart of hearts go out to family and close friends,  The sudden taking of a precious life is never easy and my prayers are with you during today and all of your tomorrows.  May God help heal your hearts so that you may cherish the fond memories of a wonderful life shared.
