John Joseph Colletti

COLLETTI, John J., 74, was received by the arms of the Lord on Thursday, December 20, 2018. He was predeceased by his mother, Anna; father, Charles; and brother, Charlie. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Colletti; sons, John Christian Colletti and Gary Alexander Colletti; grandsons, John Wellons Colletti and Samuel Ruffin Colletti; brother, Richard Colletti (Colleen); many cousins, nieces, nephews, and soon-to-be daughter-in-law, Rachel Iacoletti.

John had a passion for numbers and finance, and his many interests included racquetball, reading, and horse racing, especially traveling to racetracks up and down the East Coast. He will be missed by his family and many friends. John’s family would like to extend special thanks to Tim and Linda Ludlow, Jean Lester, and Sharon and Gene Mahoney for their kind and thoughtful attention.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 21 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, December 22 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 9505 Gayton Rd, Henrico, VA 23229. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Hollywood Cemetery, 412 S. Cherry St., Richmond, VA 23220. In lieu of flowers, contributions in John’s name may be made to St. Joseph’s Indian School, 1301 N.
