He was preceded in death by his parents, Auburn and Roxie Anne Fisher.
He is survived by two brothers, Michael of Virginia Beach, and Wayne of Tampa, Florida; one nephew, Charles Fisher of Atlanta; brother- in-law, Patrick Rogers of Tampa, Florida; very devoted cousins, Frances Thompson, Annette McPhail, Cheryl Robertson, Madison Phillips, Scott Gayle and Alex Gayle and a host of other relatives.
The family will receive friends at 2 p.m., Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Woody Funeral Home- Parham Chapel, 1771 N. Parham Rd. Richmond, Va. 23229 where a memorial service will be held at 3 p.m.
