Marty is survived by his beloved wife, Lisa Kyle, daughters, Mary Kyle and Rebecca Kyle of Richmond, VA, son, Matthew Kyle and his wife Anne, grandchildren, Gabriel Kyle and Bella Kyle of Tokyo. He is also survived by his sisters, Connie Esposito and husband, Joe, Jean McCartney, brothers, Bob Kyle and wife, Diane, and Jimmy Kyle of Baltimore, MD and numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces.
He was preceded in death by his supportive parents, Charles and Marie Kyle of Baltimore, MD, and his many beloved aunts and uncles.
Marty was known for his quick wit, sense of humor, and ability to make people laugh. He had a passion for helping people by routinely sharing his life experiences and business acumen with his friends, family, and peers. A consummate businessman, Marty excelled in salesmanship. He spent 20+ years at Motorola, during which he was consistently recognized as top district, regional, and national salesman. He spent the last eleven years establishing a successful corporation, Results Marketing, in which he negotiated multiple contracts with some of America’s largest companies.
Marty was happiest spending time with his family at Fairview Beach on the Potomac River. He cherished cheering on his son in basketball at Yale University, in professional international leagues and in international business. Marty also loved spending time with his two daughters watching them graduate college and grow into successful adults. He was a golfer and a fierce competitor at the ping pong table. Marty was taken from us too soon. His loving nature and kind spirit will be greatly missed.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Woody Funeral Home-Parham, 1771 N. Parham Rd., Richmond, VA 23229. His funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at St. Mary's Catholic Church. He will be laid to rest at 2 p.m. on January 28, 2021 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Fredericksburg, 1902 Plank Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22401. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to the PRC of Metro Richmond 1510 Willow Lawn Dr., Richmond, VA 23230.
