Warren B. Foster, 60, passed away on July 19, 2017. He was born and raised in Richmond, Va., and graduated from VCU with a bachelor's degree. He worked as a VP of Marketing Intelligence at the Martin Agency for over 30 years. Warren enjoyed fishing, boating, spending time with his family and friends, and volunteering at the James River. He is survived by his wife, June; his two children, Philip and Allison; daughter-in-law, Laura; his grandson, Logan; his sister and brother, Kathryn and Tom; his nieces and nephews, and many relatives and friends. A private ceremony will be held in his honor at a later date.
