William McKinley Allen, Jr. 79, of Richmond, departed this life on March 21, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents William M. Allen and Sally Dening Allen and his brother Kenneth Allen.
He is survived by his beloved wife Peggy Sue Allen, his sister, Stuart Richardson of Concord, NC, his brother James R. Allen of Richmond, and a step-son Wesley G. Fahnestock (Lillian) of Hardyville, Va.
Services by the Woody Funeral Home, Parham Chapel. Interment will be private.
