Joyce “Butchie” Simmons, 67, passed away Thursday evening March 6, 2014 at Hospice Ministries. Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday March 6, 2014 at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home in Ridgeland, preceded by visitation at 10am. The family will also receive guests from 4-6pm Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Lakewood Memorial Park.
She is survived by her two daughters, Sloane S. Wilson and Shelby D. Proaps; and grandson, Carter Proaps.
