Funeral services will be held from the Ridgeland Chapel of Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Tuesday, August 13, 2013. Visitation will be Monday between the hours of 5 and 7 PM and Tuesday between the hours of 1 and 2 PM. Interment will follow the service in Parkway Memorial Cemetery.
A native of Scott County, Mrs. Sistrunk had made her home in Jackson for many years. She was a member of Briarwood Baptist Church where she taught Kindergarten for 22 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents Neal and Leona Bradford; sisters Wynonna Tucker and Margaret Pace; brothers Timothy Bradford, Joe P. Bradford and Neal Austin Bradford.
Survivors include her husband, Malcolm Sistrunk; daughter, Pamela Sistrunk from Jackson; sons, Gary Malcolm Sistrunk (Robin) of Ridgeland and Michael C. Sistrunk (Robin) of Pelahatchie. Four grandchildren, Rachel, Russell, Clancey and Hayden; brothers, Larry Dean Bradford of Terry and James C. Bradford of Laurel.
