Mrs. Dunning leaves as survivors her husband, Billy C. Dunning of Madison, Mississippi, her sister Betty Rorie of Marietta, Georgia, and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Dunning was predeceased by her parents, Alma Cranford Jordan and Ernest Dale Jordan of Covington County, Mississippi.
Mrs. Dunning was employed with Bellsouth Telephone for many years prior to her retirement in 1987. She was a native of Covington County, Mississippi, and was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Jackson, Mississippi.
Visitation is from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. with the funeral at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2011, at Wright and Ferguson Funeral Home on Highland Colony Parkway in Ridgeland.
