A visitation will be held at Parkway Funeral Home on Thursday, June 11, 2020 from 9:00 to 11:00 am, with a graveside service immediately following at Parkway Memorial Cemetery.
Eugene was a proud United States Marine, and he worked as an underwriter at JD Byrider.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Luretha Shelby Tennessee.
He is survived by his wife, Angela Shelby of Ridgeland, MS; daughters, Lauren Shelby and Haley Shelby, both of Ridgeland, MS; sister, Linda Lovelace of Chicago, IL; niece, Lorinda Lovelace Johnson of Houston, TX; nephew, Lewis Lovelace of Chicago, IL; step-sister, Ruby Ann Owens of Biloxi, MS; godmother, Annie Gale of Jackson, MS; godsisters, Jennifer Gale, Brenda Gale and Nancy Gale, all of Jackson, MS; godbrothers, Winston Gale and Billy Gale, both of Jackson, MS; sister-in-law, Carolyn Logan (Melvin) of Meridian, MS; and brothers-in-law, Billy Patrick (Beverly) of Crystal Springs, MS, Donald Patrick (Linda) of Memphis, TN and Ricky Patrick (Shirley) of Papillion, Nebraska.
He will be greatly missed by friends and family.
