L. Meree T Farlow
24 January, 1931 – 20 November, 2022

L. Meree Farlow was born on January 24, 1931 in Rankin County and passed away November 20, 2022 at the age of 91. She was a native of Clear Branch and graduated from Florence High School. She had lived in the Jackson area since 1949 and received a degree in nursing from Baptist Hospital in 1952.
L. Meree was loved for her sweet spirit, her caring nature, her thoughtfulness, and her selfless dedication to her family. She was affectionately known to her family as "Granlady". She was a devoted Christian and was a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church in Madison. She was a faithful and kind Sunday School teacher to many children for over 30 years. Her favorite pastimes were working puzzles and word games and spending time with family.
She is survived by son, William E. Farlow, Jr. (Vickie) of Madison, daughters Kay Clyburn (Donny) of Brandon, and Jan Lewis (John) of Jackson, grandchildren Ryan Farlow (Ashley), Holly Bierdeman (Patrick) and Chris Clyburn (Natalie), and great grandchildren Alys Farlow, Eli Farlow, Rivera Farlow, Karlie Bierdeman, and Savannah Bierdeman.
L. Meree was predeceased by eight siblings and great granddaughter Rosalee Grace Bierdeman.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Parkway Memorial Cemetery in Ridgeland. Visitation is Tuesday at 12:00 at Parkway Funeral Home.
