Lindy Susanne Castle Lee

Lindy Susanne Castle Lee passed from this earthly life on Monday, April 6, 2015 having fought a brief, but strong battle with cancer. Visitation will be 5 - 8 pm today at Parkway Funeral Home, 1161 Highland Colony Parkway, Ridgeland. Funeral services will be at Christ United Methodist Church on Friday, April 10 at 11:00 am preceded by visitation from 9 - 10:45 am at the church. Burial will follow at Parkway Memorial Cemetery.

Lindy was the second child born to Patsy and Glen Castle on August 21, 1974 in Jackson. She graduated from Jackson Preparatory School in 1992 and received a BS degree in Marketing from University of Mississippi in 1996. At Ole Miss, she was a member of Delta Delta Delta Sorority. Lindy was Assistant Vice President, Advertising at Trustmark Bank. She was a member of Junior League of Jackson.

Lindy accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior on January 22, 1984 at the age of nine and was baptized at Colonial Heights Baptist Church as a testimony of her faith.

Through her vivacious personality, her smile and love of life, Lindy leaves a legacy of a multitude of deep relationships with people who will remember her and miss her deeply.

Lindy is survived by her son, Coulter Allen Lankford, her daughter, Rosemary Patricia Lee and her husband, James Richard Lee. She is also survived by her father, Glen Allen Castle, her sister, Caroline Elisabeth Castle, her brother, Dr. William Bradley Castle (Mandy) and her paternal grandmother, Mabrey Baker Castle. Lindy was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Jennings Castle, her maternal grandparents, John and Dimple Jennings, and her paternal grandfather, Simmie Allen Castle.
