Margie DeLoach Corder, 74, died Wednesday December 29, 2010 at St. Dominic Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Friday December 31, 2010 from the Chapel of Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home Highland Colony. Visitation will be Thursday Dec. 30, 2010 from 5:00pm till &7:00pm and Friday from 1:00pm till service time. Burial will be in Parkway Memorial Cemetery Ridgeland, MS.
Mrs. Corder was a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church since 1960. She was a native of Carroll County. A Graduate of J.Z. George High School, Holmes Junior College, Belhaven College and Mississippi College. She loved her gardening and enjoyed excersing and was very active with her church activities including her Sunday School Class.
Survivors include her husband Charles Sam Corder, Madison, Son, Charles Corder Jr. , Greenwood, MS, daughters Pamela Peters and husband Marc, Ft. Worth, TX., Patti Corder, Madison, MS., grand-daughters Amy Corder and Emily Corder, Madison, MS., brothers, Kenneth DeLoach and wife Rita Ann, McCarley, MS., Carl DeLoach and wife Bonnie, Greenwood, MS., sister Joyce Beck and husband Charles Beck, Grenada, MS.
