Milton C. “Mickey” Parker, 76, died Tuesday September 30, 2014. Funeral services will be held 11:00am Thursday at the chapel of Broadmoor Baptist Church, Madison, MS and the visitation will be from 10:00am till 11:00am at the church. Entombment will be in Parkway Memorial Cemetery. Parkway Funeral Home, Ridgeland, MS is in charge of arrangements.
Mickey was born in Dallas, TX June 29, 1938. He was a member of Colonial Heights Baptist church; he retired from Travelers Insurance Employee Benefits Department after 35 years of service. He was an avid golfer and member of the Jackson Country Club, he also enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Survivors include his son, Keith A. Parker (Beth), of Madison, MS., daughter,, Deidre Parker Davis (Stephen), of Homewood, AL., granddaughter’s, Elizabeth Caroline Parker and Mary Boyd Parker, grandson, Thomas Stephen Davis III.
Memorials may be made to the Blair E. Batson Children Hospital, Jackson, MS.
