Oh my I'm so sad to hear of this. :( V.A. Taylor was married to my grandmother for a time. He as I called him was my papa grouch I still to this day have his photo on my fridge of him and I when I was around 6 years old. I think of him so offten and it saddens my heart to know my children will never know him. I can remember rides in his truck bed and catfish he used to catch. ?????? my condolences to his family. My heart breaks I couldn't say goodbye and show him the woman I've grown to be.

Steve, I worked with your Dad at Penneys and saw him again when I worked for Robert McRaney.  He talked about you all the time....was very proud of you.  I'm so sorry to hear of his passing.  Always had a shoulder I could cry on and I tried to be the same for him.  Your family is in my prayers.

God is near to those that are broken at heart and those crushed in spirit. God will sustain you and help you to endure.
