Martinsville. He was born in Stuart to the late Robert Matthews and Virginia DeHart Matthews Beasley. He was an avid
baseball player and had worked over thirty years as a volunteer coach for the Henry County Parks and Recreation.
Surviving are one son, Jonah McReynolds of Collinsville and several cousins.
Funeral services and burial were private. A memorial services will be announced for friends and other family members to
attend and share their memories.
