Ruth Thornton, beloved wife and mother, age 93, passed away on January 24, 2021 in Santa Clarita, CA. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park & Mortuary.
She is survived by her son, Chuck Thornton; grandchildren Ben Thornton, Sam Thornton, Jeff Thornton, Emily Thornton and Dianna Thornton; and great grandchild Amelia Thornton. She’ll be laid to rest next to her husband of 29 years, Gale Thornton.
A Graveside Service will be held at 10 AM on March 17, 2021 at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park at 11500 Arlington Ave in Riverside, CA 92505.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
