ANNETTE SUE PITIAK Age 75, of Hemet, California, was called to Heaven on Tuesday, August 13th, 2013. Annette was born in Puxico, Missouri on November 18, 1937 to Frances Looney. A kind, compassionate homemaker, she was as optimistic as she was strong, and well known for her beautiful strawberry blonde hair. Annette enjoyed reading magazines and taking long drives through southern California, which she started doing at age 14. She especially loved traveling to Laughlin, Nevada for a weekend getaway. In her spare time, Annette was an avid dancer and music enthusiast, preferring classic rock & roll and jazz. She had an incredible memory and a love for poinsettias during the holidays. She even had a cat named Brandy that would watch cartoons until her favorite baseball team, the Angels, came on. Annette is survived by her six wonderful children, of whom she was very proud, four sons and two daughters: Steven, Sherlyn, Michael, Pamela, Jeffery, and Donnie; 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, August 26th at the Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park, located at 11500 Arlington Ave., Riverside, CA 92505.
