

She was born at home in the small village of Roxana IL on March 16th, 1939. She was the sixth child, and 4th daughter born to Herman & Fern Kopp. Two more sons were born later.
Charlotte and her husband, Larry, moved to Riverside, CA in 1963. They had 4 children, 2 boys, Greg & Jeff & 2 girls, Terri and Kelly. Jeff was called by God to be a rosebud in his garden at 20 months old. Larry joined Jeff in 2015.
Charlotte was a full time mom while the children were growing up and still at home. Later she was a Bookkeeper at First Baptist Church and nursery school, retiring in 2005.
She was active in volunteer work, volunteering at Riverside Community Hospital as a baby cuddler in the NICU and as a clerk in the gift corner. She also helped sew Christmas Stockings at Christmastime for the newborn babies to be put in. She also volunteered at March Air Force base as a greeter and Server to the marines coming home or being deployed.
She was also in Bible study Fellowship as a Children's leader for many years.
She was very loved by her family and friends and will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her son, Greg, daughters, Terri and Kelly, Daughter in law, son in law, and daughter in love, three grandsons, one granddaughter and five great grandchildren.
A visitation for Charlotte will be held Thursday, February 20, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Mortuary, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505.
A funeral service will occur Friday, February 21, 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505.
A committal service will occur Friday, February 21, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park and Mortuary, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505.
A reception will occur Friday, February 21, 2025 from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505.
