My heart goes out to the the family on the loss of a good man.  Just this passed Friday,  (Sep 24, 2020) Greg Jones and I were reminiscing about our days at RAF Bentwaters, in the United Kingdom.  We mention a few of our close friends and wondered where they were today.  This morning Greg sent me this link. I was scrolling through the pictures and my heart sinked as I saw a picture of a Greg Jones (our supervisor) and myself in a picture with David.  David was an outstanding airmen.  Huge heart and lovable  person to everyone that knew him like we did. I have not spoken to David since our years together in the early 1980’s, but our memories were like yesterday.  My heart hurts so much as I have always wondered how he and the family was doing.  It hurts even more to know I was only 30 miles away and did not know he and I lived so close but yet so far away.  The hardest part about the military is when they separate us from one base to another and we lose touch.  Today I’m sad, heartbroken for family and sad I lost another brother in arms who served his country with all his love.  I salute you David Cardoza, Fred Callahan 81 SPS, A Flight Security, RAF Bentwaters United Kingdom. 

My deepest condolences to Jamie Cardoza , his wife, kids,  family and friends he touched in his life .  
May God comfort his family with faith that it was his time to be called home .

My deepest condolences to the family.  Cousin David was a great person and I enjoyed our childhood especially at our Grandmothers home.  I wish we stayed in touch but I was proud he became a Sherriff. I am so shocked to hear of his passing.  Rest in peace my cousin.
