As we near the one year anniversary of Eric Fregas passing, I want to leave a letter here for Eric. 

Dear Eric, 

You are so very missed and thought about daily. Your wife Jamie and sons, Dom and Christian- have carried your memory- every single day and have shown such strength and power in learning to live without you here with them. Everyone has. I know that you are very proud of them. From constant visits to your grave, to a beautiful memorial bench- and Jamie blessing a family at Christmas.. honoring you in so many ways. I know you are watching over them in complete awe and so very proud. Please continue to let them feel your spirit as it brings them calm. 

You are so very loved and so very missed. Thank you for touching so many people and leaving behind a legacy of compassion that is shared constantly. ❤️❤️🙏

Also- I know how happy you are to see our man back in office. ❤️🤍💙

On behalf of the Combat Veteran Motorcycle Association, Chapter 33-1 (San Diego), I offer our deepest condolences to the Frega family during this most difficult time.  We are sending love and positive vibes to you all.

There are no words adequate enough to convey what Eric has meant to me. Not only as a friend, but also a brother.  I literally have a million stories of all the things we have done throughout the years and I can attest to the fact I would not be the person I am today without meeting Eric back in the early 90s. I was so blessed to have had a friend to be there for me through so much stuff growing up and I will forever be grateful for all he has done for me. I never thought in a million years I would be writing a condolence for you my brother. My only regret was letting these last years slip by and taking for granted we had tomorrow. I love you Eric, and I have no doubt you will have everything mapped out and be there to show me around when my time here on earth is done. Rest easy my friend.

Eric was always so much fun, always smiling and laughing. Such a great friend and confidant to everyone who knew him. He will be missed dearly.

We've had are good times and bad but we always found our way back together. Each time I loved you more and more. The one I admire about you is the amazing father you became. You did a great Job. I made you a promise and I won't break it. Thank you.  But this one hurts. Go live and enjoy and I hope it's everything you imagined it to be. God speed

I love you ❤️ Eric Frega ! The privilege of being your first younger cousin is and always  will be one of the biggest joys and impacts on my life from day 1. I looked up to you and always wanted to be with you . Thank you for being you and always watching over me . You made me tough , brave and always taught me to fight for what I believed . You made sure I did everything with Authenticity and when I didn’t you held me accountable . “The FREGA way” .  I love you so much .  You are the best cousin and big brother ever . I will always carry you with me . I love you Eric … you made it !!!! I’m so proud of you . Pop and Nan , Dad and Zeke and uncle Repeat … not fair you always got everything first ! I’ll miss you lots.
