Guillermina S. Rivera

Guillermina S. Rivera was born in Santa Cruz de la Soledad Jalisco Mexico on March 9, 1941. She was one of 10 children to Guadalupe Castellanos and Trino Siordia. Guillermina passed away at home in Riverside Ca. on June 14, 2015. She is survived by her husband Arturo Rivera, 4 Children, and 5 Grandchildren. Her services will be held at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Memorial Park and Mortuary on June 25th.

As a child Guillermina worked very hard. She also worked over 14 years in the agricultural industry picking onions. She had a passion for cooking and loved to entertain her friends and family with food. She was known for her delicious cooking. Every time someone came over to visit she always made sure she cooked something special for them and made sure she packed them some to take home. She loved to crochet, loved her animals; her dogs and birds that she had at home, and she loved to go to the casino.

Guillermina loved her grandchildren. Her pride and joy was Eddie and Angel, everything that she had or did was for her boys. She also loved Serenity with a passion. She baby sat Serenity since the age of 3 months and every time Serenity would come around Guillermina would have an enormous smile on her face.

Guillermina will be truly missed and will always remain in our hearts and memories.
