LT. COL. HOWARD R. NOLAN Age 84 of Riverside, CA passed away 3/12/2013. Howard was born in White Hall, Illinois. He retired from the United States Air Force after serving 30 years for his country. He received numerous honors including the Distinguished Flying Cross. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with his BA in Business. He completed graduate courses at the University of North Dakota and earned his MBA from CSUSB. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Kiwanis, TROA, MOWW, VFW and the Riverside Elks. Howard is survived by 2 daughters, 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Funeral 3/18, 1p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Riverside. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Kiwanis, Riverside Elks or First United Methodist Church.
