Jill Ellen Stevens

Jill Ellen Jeffredo Stevens, Age 67, passed away on Monday, February 21, 2022 after a hard fought 4 year battle with Ovarian Cancer. Jill was born in San Gabriel, California on September 5, 1954 to loving parents Eddie and Billie Jeffredo. She was a resident of Riverside, California along with her husband Robert “Butch” Stevens for the past 18 years. She is survived by her parents Eddie and Billie Jeffredo, her Husband, Butch, her son Ernie, her Daughter in Law Kim, her Grandson Koston and Grandaughter Kambria, and Sisters Judy Bateman and Jeannette Garcia. she was preceded in death by her Sister Jo Ann Fierro.

Jill was well known for her love of her large family. She loved her animals, especially her Dogs, her Horses and her Tortoise (Peanut). She was also a large supporter of Butterflies and loved her Butterfly Garden as well as her flower Gardens. Jill was an avid writer of journals, notes and just plain random things such as Bible verses, and things she had done and people she loved in nothing more than a plain note book of anything that came to her mind. Jill also loved elaborate decorating for Holidays which gave much pleasure to her family and friends. She was also very fond of talking to her friends and family, the day always started with a call to talk to her Mother Billie.

Jill also loved reading the posts in her Messenger’s “Jill’s Supporters” Group and so much appreciated the prayers and Thoughts of her many friends, it meant a lot to her and gave her strength to fight on. The Family wishes to thank all of you that offered prayers and support to Jill and gave her the strength to smile when she read your notes and posts.

Jill will be missed by all of us and will be remembered as a kind, loving and gracious person by all that knew her.

Services will be held at St. Catherine’s of Alexandria Catholic Church in Riverside, California on Thursday, April 28th, 2022 At 10:00am.
