He graduated from Downey High School.
Manuel served our country in the United States Army as a Sergeant during Korean War and was awarded as a Purple Heart Recipient.
He worked as a Professional Barber for over 30 years. He also was an employee for Miller Brewery several years.
Manuel is survived by; son Patrick Joesph Limas; son Thomas Anthony Limas; and son Christopher Jon Limas; granddaughter Autumn Rose Rodriguez, granddaughter Amanda Limas, grandson Patrick Limas, Jr., grandson Michael Gomez Limas, great grandchild Novara Rodriguez, great grandchild Angel Rodriguez, great grandchild Alicia Bocanegra, great grandchild Xander Limas, cousin Timothy Cornelius, cousin Kenneth Cornelius, cousin Victor Magana, cousin Jonathan Magana, cousin Moreen Magana, cousin Monica Magana, cousin Joesph Magana, cousin Timothy Cornelius, Jr. and cousin Michael Cornelius.
Manuel was preceded in death by his wife Beatrice Limas.
A visitation for Manuel will be held Tuesday, February 11, 2020 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn Mortuary, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505. A rosary service will occur Tuesday, February 11, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505. A funeral mass will occur Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 3760 McKinley St, Corona, CA 92879. A committal service will occur Wednesday, February 12, 2020 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, CA 92518.
