

Michele (Aguilar) Guthrie, 44, passed away on August 18, 2025. She was born on May 16, 1981 in Albuquerque, NM. Michele is proceeded in death by her mother Carmen whom she missed deeply. In life, Michele was a dedicated mother and newly minted grandma. She served in the U.S. Army for 9 years, including a deployment to Iraq. While in the military, Michele met Kyle Guthrie. They married on October 5, 2008 in Denver, CO. Michele was a phenomenal cook, hostess, and a hard worker. She went to nursing school after becoming a mom and working in other industries. She earned her Masters in Nursing from Cal Baptist University and worked as an emergency room nurse. She enjoyed working at different hospitals but loved her crew at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Michele loved being a mom and was so proud of each of her children. She is survived by her husband, Kyle, children Baylee, Kaden, Kendyl, and Konner, her grandson Beaux, her sister Suzanne and brother-in-law Joe, nieces Jessica (Jordan)and Marina, and her great niece Selena.
Michele left us too young but we will remember her and see her legacy in her children as they grow.
Services will be held on September 11, 2025 at 11 am at Acheson & Graham Mortuary at 7944 Magnolia Ave., Riverside, CA 92504.
Following the service, the Guthrie Family will host a luncheon at California Citrus State Historic Park, 9400 Dufferin Ave., Riverside, CA 92503.
A private ceremony will be held for internment.
A fund had been established to provide future support to Michele’s minor children.
