Nancy Ann Barowsky, a beloved and loyal resident of Riverside, California, passed away on December 28, 2025, at the age of 89. Born on June 13, 1936, Nancy was the only child of Thomas and Theodora Brabham. She graduated from high school in 1955 in Omaha, Nebraska.
In 1956, Nancy married Carl Barowsky, and together they had one child, Teri Hooper, whose husband, Paul Hooper, predeceased her. Nancy was a devoted grandmother to her three grandchildren: Kristin Gundrum, Kevin Hooper, and the late Shawn Hooper.
Nancy had a distinguished 30-year career with the Kellogg's company, where she was known for her hard-working nature. Her personal interests included a love for dining out and going to the movies, and she was an avid bowler in her younger years. Nancy was always known for being impeccably dressed, leaving a lasting impression on those around her.
A memorial service to honor Nancy's life will be held on January 14, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm at the Acheson & Graham Mortuary Chapel, located at 7944 Magnolia Ave., Riverside, CA, 92504. Her legacy as a beloved and loyal individual will be cherished by all who knew her.
