Patricia “Patti” Ann Bates (Reinhardt), 69, of Perris, California passed away November 21st, 2020. She was born November 20th, 1951 in Rochester, New York. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Don, her mother, Arlene Perkins, two sons, Braun and Travis, and 8 grandchildren. Her library was a haven for countless students who considered Mrs. Bates their grandma too. Patti leaves behind a legacy of love to every person that knew her.
