Mr.Tucker, you were an amazing teacher, kind person, and overall a joy to be in the presence of. May you Rest In Peace, with god.

He was an amazing man with a kind heart and a great smile! He will be missed.

Dave was a Godly example... it was a blessing to hear the words of affirmation spoken at the memorial.  Even more encouraging was the way in which his life pointed to 
Christ.  A smile gets noticed and should not be taken for granted. Dave knew the truth of Ps 34:19 " a good man may have troubles too, but the Lord delivers him from them all".

Loved seeing the pictures and memories of your lives. Dave was such a sweet, kind, and humble person. He lived intentionally. He left a legacy of faith, modeled Christ like character, and glorified God. He understood the mission on this earth. May you all find your hope in Christ and rest in Him.

Our prayers and thoughts are with all of you. We will all be with David soon.  God bless all of you as you continue on your journey here on earth.

We are praying for you Rita and the girls. Dave was always so humble and his love for you and his girls was very evident.

Some of us in this life are blessed not to be an only child. I am one of these. My brother Dave was given to me when I was a mere two and a half years old. It was explained to me that this was my very own baby brother and I was to love him and watch after him the best I could. From that day, Dave was pretty much my shadow whether I wanted him to be or not. So as we grew up, David and I played together, explored the world together, shared the same room, and ate the same foods. That is when Mom could persuade him to eat anything besides just mashed potatoes and butter.

Over an all too short 54 years, we grew close as brothers often do. We were always there if needed for each other. Though we didn't always agree on every decision the other made in life, that was alright because we were brothers and we loved each. Dave and I both found it comforting to have the other not far away. This is most likely why even as grown men we still chose to live right next door to one another. I am finding one of the things I miss most since my little brother's relocation is him simply not being next door anymore. I miss being able to sit on the porch with my baby brother.

As a believer in our Lord Jesus Christ, I take comfort in knowing that I will again be with my brother someday in the future. I know Dave did not put his trust in his own good works to save him from his sins, but went straight to the source of eternal life which can only be found in the shed blood of Christ Jesus Who willingly took David's sins on Himself, and in exchange, gave David His righteousness. Only through this great exchange can we have confidence in being saved from our sins. With what Christ has done I have confidence that someday God will give me and David homes in heaven not too far apart. I am blessed to have had on this side of eternity Richard David Tucker as my little brother.

Dave made himself available for students and colleagues alike. Always smiling, he was such a kind, gentle man. I missed working with him at Ramona. Peace, strength and love to his beautiful family.

Mr. Tucker was a dear colleague and a delight to work with. He will be dearly missed. Our prayers and condolences to all loved ones.
