To family of Bob Neely:
I am a cousin of Bob’s from Oil City originally. Our fathers were brothers.
He and I have been in touch the past few years but I lost touch awhile back.  We had many phone conversations reminiscing and I miss those visits,
I know his 3 daughters were close to him and he loved them so much. I send my love and sympathy to all the family,
