Shimaree’s service was beautiful. Thank you L and family for taking such time and dedication.

She was and continues to be loved by many. I miss her deeply, as we all do. My deepest condolences to her mother, Ms. Delores Foster Rucker...

Shimaree’s eyes, smile, laugh, heart, essence forever lives on. Everybody’s hype man, “goofball”, low-key, homebody... I miss you Shimaree. I love you B.

Your Love Bug,

In total shock, How can an angel be gone so soon? There are so vast memories none will ever be forgotten. You help anyone, you listen and gave your input only when asked too give your input. There was so many times you would laugh at me and say oh no Jackie don't do that don't say that and your eyes would get so wide because of my comments and you laugh again and say oh lord. One of my memories will be how I got second degree burns and you helped me, after you laughed. Thank you for all the amazing times, thank you for being you, thank you for having heart and being welcoming even when I wasn't at my best you never turned your back. Hurting bad over your loss, till we see eachother again I will always hold my memories in my heart and thoughts, love u shim. May you rest in paradise, watch over me like you always did.

Shimaree was a very caring and very beautiful spirited person. I remember when she was a CNA an LVN and then became an RN we the team at CCRC were and still are so very proud of her accomplishments. I remember seeing her in a building on a corporate tour and she saw me and she ran down the hallway as I approached her hugging each other so happy to see one another not realizing that we were in a professional setting but our friendship has always been and shall always remain. I'm truly going to miss you shimaree you are a shining light a breath of fresh air your caring heart and caring spirit is what made you loved by so many. Shimaree was known to some of us as our little sister in the nursing world, as she rose up. Rest well. I love you so much really truly going to miss you. Ruth Villa

Shimaree Foster 🙏🏾 Someone I looked up to; like a sister, a cousin, a mentor, a guidance coach and friend. It’s so much to say, but I want people to remember her as a true person that had love for her God, Family, Friends, pets and garden 🪴. Shim was amazing and a loyal woman to her family, friends and craft. She worked so hard to become the woman in which you all know. I have witnessed Shimaree lose sleep over making sure her patience and staff were well taking care of. Shim treated her patience and staff like family. Shimaree will be missed by many, but as we all know God needed his angle next to him to watch over the world!🙏🏾

Shim will never be forgotten! She was a true go getter and an inspiration to many. She was always willing to offer a helping hand to anyone that needed it.

People with the biggest hearts always suffer the most . God called a real one home, she was too good for us. May she Rest In Peace and look over us 🙏🏿.

My deepest condolences to all members of Shimaree's family . I had the great pleasure of working with her over the past 5 or so years. Shim was the most upbeat, positive person I have ever known. Her personality lit up the room wherever she went. I know she is with God now. I hope all of her family and friends hold her memory close to their heart.
