My most cherished memory is the love and devotion you had for Mary - I loved and admired how after all these years you two flirted like teenagers, grabbing each other’s butts - or as Mary got up you would say something like nice butt - oh yeah shake it for me; and when Mary would use a word in correctly - you would laugh, pull her close and with a sense of pride and heartfelt love you would say  “she is all mine, that’s my girl, I love you babe”. I am confident that you are beaming with pride, doing his happy dance watching the courage and strength of Mary and T.J. and your entire family. You always showed tremendous love for your family and friends and will be missed but we are thankful for the time we had with you and will do our best to keep the fun, dancing and laughter going in your honor.

There are too many memories to share them all, here are a couple. I remember in your early 20s when you lived in that little one bedroom place with Ronnie and countless hours, days, weeks were spent by you and the guys making up stupid jokes that were SOMETIMES  funny - I can hear you laugh like you are here right now - you would crack up (full body jerking) at all the jokes and shout out “that was a good one!” Through the years those jokes continued. Northwoods in will never be the same because of you, each time we go there I tell the story where you were dared to eat your entire plate and a sundae - we watched in amazement, you were moaning and joking eating the last few bites and you were so proud of your stuffed belly. The cruise we went on with a bunch of our friends - despite all the alcohol I remember the dance-offs and karaoke. I loved seeing you and Julie get down and your dance-offs at many of the parties with friends - you two would egg each other on. And our Santa Barbara/wine tasting trip for my 40th and your & Mary’s 20th Wedding Anniversary we all had so much fun and it was such a great way to celebrate our milestones & create great memories. 

Timmy: First, I want to thank you for being my husband’s best friend of 40 years, the best man at our wedding over 25 years ago, and for being a friend to me and providing support as well as bringing laughter and fun to my life. I was honored to have you in our wedding as Dave’s best man and best friend. Who knew back then that we would be here today - we thought we were all invincible back then and life on this earth has proven differently. There are so many great memories made with you, Mary, TJ, Julie & Scott, many others from your family and our life long friends -  I can’t even imagine life right now without you being there. Friday night dinners, Saturday parties, Sunday Funday, mountain trips, camping trips, football parties, nascar, wine tasting, or just hanging out with friends, you always showed up early (sometimes too early where I wasn't even showered for the party); you were the life of the party, full of energy, brought so much laughter and fun, were outgoing, and showed a genuine love for life. Although life got busy for us all, when we were together it was like no time had passed. You are forever in our hearts and have provided some of the most cherished memories for Dave and I. We love you & will be there for Mary, T.J. and Jules.

Tim,
This seems backwards to me.  I always thought that someday Tim would stand at the podium and say a few words about me - not the opposite.  You were a big fan of the Sopranos so I know you'll chuckle when I say "Whaddaya gonna do?"
My memories of Tim are many - all fun and meaningful, especially now.
A few things that capture his personality:
Tim was outgoing.  If you met Tim at a party or some other gathering, by the end of the evening you would know him and share some laughs together.  The photo gallery shows that very well.
He was everybody's guy.  Friends, neighbors, relatives, co-workers - it didn't matter.  If you were Tim's friend you knew he would always go out of his way to help you.  He had your back.
Tim was competitive.  In our family nothing is for "funsies".  Seems that everything we do is a bet for money.  We played poker, shot pool, golf, bet on Nascar races, we even bet on who would win survivor.  You name it we bet on it.
Tim also proved that a strong belief in god didn't mean you couldn't still be the life of the party.
You didn't want to dare Tim to do something - because he probably would.  Dare him to eat a bug - done.  It might cost you five bucks, but he would do it and laugh while collecting his money.  I remember a dinner one night.  Tim hated onions and I hate fish.  He asked me if I wanted some fish.  I asked him if he wanted some onion.  We both choked the fish and onion down while the rest of the family watched us make those horrible faces trying our best not to gag.
Some of my happiest memories are of our family vacations at the beach.  One day Tim, Scott and I made up a silly game we called beer golf.  We found some conduit and buckets in the garage of the house we were renting.  We put the poles in the sand, strung some fishing line between them and tied a bunch of beer cans to the line.  We placed buckets around the course and put the extra cans on the beach.  All those things were our targets and each were worth points.  

As we finished another can we gained another target.  Yes, we bet on that too!  As you might imagine, by late afternoon we had a lot of targets and a very well decorated beer golf course.
It was also at the beach house on night that Tim said something to me that I'll never forget and always cherish.  I won't go into that here but suffice it to say that it meant the world to me.
Tim loved his family.  Mary and TJ were his world.  He also had a very special bond with his mother Zee and sister Julie.
The relationship between Zee and Tim went beyond mother and son.  They were soulmates / sounding boards for each other.  Both with a little twisted humor and mutual respect.  The last night of our beach vacations were always all-nighters for the two of them.  Both loved being around family and didn't want the week to end so they would stay up until nearly daybreak just talking and laughing.  Tim left Zee with so many memories - family weekends or vacations, breakfast pai-gow, silly dances, making his own lyrics up to songs, goofy insider jokes - all priceless to an adoring mother.
The last 3 weeks have been hell for our family.  I'm amazed at the strength that Mary and TJ have shown.  Both have dealt with an unimaginable situation while TJ has stepped up to his new role as Man of the House.  You've both made your husband and father very proud.
On a personal level, I'm so proud of how our entire family has "circled the wagons" around Mary and TJ with our love and support.  If you understand our family bond you know it couldn't be any other way.

Dear Timmy, I was lucky enough to meet you when you are about 18 or 19. Luckier to be part of your  life for over 30 years.
The fun Beach House trips, family gatherings, football parties and even  you and Mary taking me to your wonderful church.
I feel your laugh, see your crazy dances and hear your "endearing nicknames" for me!!
Keep on dancing, laughing, singing and loving! Heaven will never be the same!❤

I can still see that adorable face standing in the doorway holding a pot of baby roses...I planted them and they are beautiful year after year.  You've left a terrible void among so many my dear friend, xoxoxo love Georgia.

I didn't have the opportunity to serve on the same team as Tim at Vantage Point Church but his presence was everywhere every Sunday. Being an usher volunteer at church it Blesses me to be able to meet so many influential people that touch my life and my heart on a daily basis. Tim was definitely one of those special people that I will always treasure his fellowship and his Love for God, as I will continue to feel BLESSED with Mary's friendship. As everyone knows I'm not your typical Usher. I am the singing, dancing , animated, problem-solver with a child Usher that's me. Every Sunday as the gentleman Tim was he would raise his hands in the air and have Mary come down the church aisle first. Mary and I would be dancing  towards each other & would meet in the middle, I think Tim was dancing too, but I never witnessed his groove. But they always knew their seats were in the second row behind Pastor Mark. Mary would go in first and then Tim would give me an amazing hug and smile. Tim knew how to give the best hugs. And they could have gone down a different 
 aisle every Sunday but I am truly BLESSED that they chose mine. Even as Christians we all speculate as to what heaven is going to be like. We always question what do they do in God's Kingdom? Well if they have prayer groups or service of any kind... Save me a seat in the second row Tim. Till we meet again my brother in Christ. I will miss your hugs and smiles forever

We may have not grown up together when we were young, but you came into my life in a perfectly imperfect way. I gained a big brother I never knew I was missing, and I’ve been proud to call you my brother ever since.

Some of my fondest memories  were how you stood by my side supporting me as my man of honor at my wedding, and how you danced to let’s go crazy on the dance floor.  You stole the show, much like you did with anything or any occasion. I’ll always remember our beach house vacations, staying up late with you, and enjoying  your contemporary dances. 

You always made friends with anyone and everyone you crossed paths with...dealers at casinos, wine tour guides, waiters, and random strangers on the beach. Any friend of a friend or family member was a friend of yours. I was always excited to introduce people to you. To know you was a privilege and to call you my brother was an honor.  

I’m sad our daughter Hayleigh won’t be able to grow up to know her uncle Tim, but we are fortunate for the time she did have with him. He was there at the hospital for her birth and was one of the first people to hold her. I’ll never forget that, and that day was the best day of my life. 

Tim, I will miss seeing you at parties, get togethers, and holidays. I will miss playing pai gow and poker tournaments with you, and laughing at your jokes. You were the best bluffer at the table. Christmas won’t be the same without you and how you always bragged about getting the crappiest white elephant gift. I will miss how you called me “Jen-ayyy” from Forrest Gump, and how you had special nick names for all of us. 

We lost you too soon, but your spirit will always remain in our hearts.

Tim, Thank you for being such a great friend to me for the past 40 years.  It's hard to believe that you are gone.  I will always cherish all of the fun times that we had together.  The endless parties and get together's.  The camping, concerts, Vegas trips, fight nights, golf, etc.  You've been my best friend since we met at the bus stop in 5th grade and I will never forget our times together.  Thanks for being such a great friend and an even greater human being.  I took your loss really hard for a few days and then I finally found peace knowing that you would not want me to be sad.  I'm choosing happiness as I remember all of our great times.  Please know that Angela and I will always be there for Mary and TJ and Julie and all of the rest of the family because they are our family.  Until we meet again!  Brothers forever.  I love you Tim!   

There are so many wonderful things to say about my Uncle Tim he wasn’t just a loving husband, a caring father, a son, big brother, or even an uncle, most of all he was the greatest thing called a friend. 
  Tim had so much love to go around, he had so much of it to give. He had a special kind of love that would never run out, it was an everlasting love. Tim’s spirit was always bright, he always lit up the room whenever he walked in with his big smile and his goofy personality. 
 Anytime Tim heard the sound of music no matter who was around or where he was he would get into his groove and battle it off to whoever was in his presence. I think that’s why I’ve always enjoyed dancing, he was my inspiration always my dancing buddy.
  I will always remember the good times, and the many laughs we shared together, all of us will. Tim wouldn’t want us to mope around or be sad. He would want us to remember the wonderful times we all shared with him. He would ask us to spread the love and positivity he had for others and the great things in this world. I will continue to share the countless memories of my uncle, hopefully someday to my kids.
 So let’s celebrate Tim in the way he would want and in the way we’ll all remember. Rest in peace, forever my dancing buddy.

To My Loving Brother Tim,

I want you to know how much I love you and that a piece of my heart is missing without you here today. You are more than just my family or my brother you were my best friend.

 Since we were kids we’ve always had a special bond, and loved hanging out with each other. We shared holidays, vacations, cruises, camping, Nascar, and weekend get together. Tim was a wonderful Brother, Husband, Father, and an amazing Uncle to my children. 

I loved watching my brother dance. We always had dance offs and tried to out dance each other. We could always pick up one another rhythm with or without music. He loved the artist Prince - the soundtrack  Purple Rain and the song -“Let’s Go Crazy” is his song, and when someone played it my brother owned the dance floor.

It means forever and that’s a mighty long time

A world of never ending happiness
 You can always see the sun, day or night. 

Tim’s personality and energy would light up a room. He was the life of party, whether he was singing karaoke or having a dance party. His spirit was so contagious, he would draw you in.

I will miss you with all my heart, and continue to embrace, all the memories, and all the stories. I will dance every time your songs come on like you were right here.

Dear Tim, 
It has been hard to find a specific memory that I cherished so deeply with you but truthfully I will miss all the small things the most. Sitting around the couch watching realty shows, having dinner just the four of us, but most of all I have missed your usual saying when I would leave the house, " love you, drive home safe girl and make sure you call that boy when your home." I will always remember our Valentine's double dates to our annual trips to the fair for king taco. 
Over the past 8 years, you became a second dad to me. You loved and cared for me the second I came into TJs life. When my dad was still truck driving and I got in a car accident, you and TJ were the first ones there to help me and be there for me. You beat the cops to the scene and drove me home and explained to my mom what happened. I will miss your laugh, your dancing, your joke, your TV commentary, your grumpy face when we made too much noise and you coming upstairs and turning on the ancient computer to pay the bills or telling me, "lex, Nascar is on and I know your excited!" And then tell me about the track and the driver he needed to win that race, he would do this every race day even though I never really watched Nascar. 
It leaves a hole in my heart to think about all the things that you will not be here for but it make me happy that you were here for TJs graduation. 
Even though we werent officially family, I saw you as another dad, my future father in law and even the future grandfather of TJ and I's kids.  I want to thank you for being a great dad, and great dog Grandpa to Gaia. I will miss you every day and I know you will be watching over us until we all meet again in heaven.

Thank you everyone for coming out to celebrate the life of my uncle Tim  I would like to start out by talking about my favorite memories I had with him. My favorite memories of him was when I got to spent time with him at nascar. Every year we go camping in the infield at the nascar speedway with some friends and family. I loved hanging out and just being in his presents because he had a different type of energy that would make your whole mood better. My favorite memory with him at nascar was when we got the chance to experience going thru the garages and looking and walking through the pit stalls, we even saw the pit crews in action during the race! I remember when every time we saw drivers he was the first one to help me try to get an autograph even tho I was kinda nervous to, he always got the job done for me. The reason these are my favorite memories is because nascar was one of his favorite things, he also watched the race over 3 times if his driver won that week. I’m just glad I got the chance to do one of the thing he loved the most which was being at the nascar races. Also I’m always going to miss his crazy and funny dance moves and having dance off battles even tho I know I would lose because I  don’t have any rhythm. I’m going to miss him being at almost every camp trip we go to because its not going to be the same without him, but I know he would want all of us to enjoy and have fun whatever we do. He wouldn’t want us worrying and being sad when we are suppose to have fun. There are always going to be small things I miss like his obnoxious BOOO YAHHHHs when we play card games, our camping walks, saying “your one pathetic loser” when your losing in a game or do something stupid, his obsession with bugs, and most of all our late night conversations we had together. There will always be a missing piece of my heart, but I know I will eventually see you again,rest in peace, I love you uncle Tim and I will never forget you.


Memorial Speech for My Father, Timothy Frederick Graham 
First and foremost, I want to personally thank you all for gathering today in union to honor and celebrate the life of my father Timothy Frederick Graham. It is truly incredible and deeply humbling seeing how many lives my dad has touched throughout his lifetime. For those who I yet to have the pleasure of meeting personally, I share the same name as my father. 
Most people know me as TJ, but today I hold my dad’s name to the utmost esteem and admiration. A name that will always be with me no matter where I go and no matter how much time has passed. It will serve as a constant reminder of how truly exceptional he was as a human being and as a father. 
In all honesty, I believe my dad wanted me to carry on his name, so the party would never stop after he was gone. The PA’s, the inner Party Animals will not only live on through me but all of us here today. It’s the late 80s mullet lifestyle, business in the front and party in the back that we should all embrace. That is what my father embodied, a hardworking man that did whatever it took to provide for his family but enjoyed a casual miller light and pop lock’n to Ludachris ‘Get Back’ to entertain the crowd. 
I remember a day over a decade back where my dad’s ‘party in the back’ personality was going strong and decided he wanted to knock on my bedroom door in the middle of the night after Barry and his other friends fell asleep… Well I happen to open the door and it seemed like he was squared up to start boxing me. I remember him saying, “Come on boy, you want some. come on. come on” with his Flyod Mayweather stance. I just shook my head, laughed and told him to go to bed. He seemed sad but wandered off into the hallway. About a minute later I hear my bathroom toilet flush, and I went to investigate. Once I saw my dad walk out, I said “Dad how come you’re not using your bathroom?” He responded, “You know what boy, it’s time for a change’…but you know what? I’m going to hang by the bar. Put out the vibe”. *Sprays his Listerine breath spray
Probably got every emotion out of him in a span of a few minutes … angry, sad, content, optimistic and happy. But one aspect to the story that struck a chord in me after all these years was that he was always ready for change at a moment’s notice. For my dad that change drove him to pursue the greater things in life, which was happiness and the happiness of others. 
Change also came with an endearing passion to master whatever came his way. From his youthful years as a PA then on to be the protector of my family throughout my childhood. 
I remember a day when we lived in Alta Loma, I heard my mother screaming in the garage and seeing my dad bolt out through the door to handle whatever situation awaited him on the other side. It turns out a man stole some wine and liquor from the Stater Brothers across the street and threw them in our lawn. My dad being the hero, ran after the man with an unparralled focus to capture and subdue him. While running down 19th street my dad was starting to catch up to him and told him to give up. Well it turns out the thief pulled out a knife to intimidate my dad, but it did not stop him from chasing him. My dad chased him into a neighborhood and the thief fled into a small space underneath a house and the police quickly followed but were too scared to go after him and seemed to let him go by saying “we are not going under there”. 
From that day on that event inspired my dad to get into boxing and eventually led him to be a kick boxing instructor that tore it up in the ring with men much bigger than him. He had a decision to go amateur in boxing or to pursue advancement with fruit growers. He chose the latter because it was the safest bet to bring security for his family. 
The most significant change my dad has ever made, was building a relationship with God. I have never seen him so fiercely passionate about something in my life and I was proud to witness his path towards salvation. From attending service every Sunday, helping with church events, managing a tow team, and building homes in Mexico … my Dad would work to the bone to provide his servitude to Vantage Point. Even during our religious discussions my dad was dead set in his beliefs but was always open for a very enjoyable constructive conversation even if it made my mom mad.
Throughout the past few weeks, I have struggled with the thought that I am never going to see my dad again. No one was prepared for his departure to a new and prosperous world we cannot yet comprehend. But I can say with certainty his soul was ready for change, a change that required him to be in the presence of the Holy Trinity. While we await to see him one day again, my dad has prepared me to be a man and do what needs to be done, which is taking care and helping my mom as well as bringing our family closer together. That has been his overall goal his entire life and I will continue to live out his mission with an endearing passion. 

I love you Dad, 
See you one day on the other side.


My time knowing Tim was short yet impactful. 

I met him when my dad was in the hospital recovering from a major surgery, and he and Mary immediately opened their arms and became a crutch in a difficult time. Even though my weeks were long and busy, I always looked forward to seeing Tim and Mary in the morning at VantagePoint. Tim’s support and guidance is something I’ll carry with me for a lifetime. I hope that one day I can help someone in the ways that Tim has helped guide me. He will be incredibly missed.

Dearest Uncle Tim,
Coming from a broken home, I did not have any good male role models growing up, no one to tell me and show me how a man should be and what kind of role he should have in his family. You have made such an impact in my life during the short time I have had the honor and privilege of knowing you. You welcomed me into your family and your home and gave me a solid foundation when it felt like I was walking on sand. You showed me what it is to be a true family man day by day through your contagious smile, engaging conversation, hard work, consistency and never ending love for your family. I am heartbroken that you’ve left this world so early and you weren’t able to meet my husband to be, but I suppose you knew I was in good hands. I will always miss you and I will always cherish the person you were. Thank you for everything. 

Uncle Tim, you were an amazing man. You were always the one to light up any room you walked into just by being you. The first time I met the whole family I was nervous  but you made me feel welcomed. Thank you for being an amazing man, you were one of the people that helped raise my wife to be the amazing person she is today. The love you had for your family just shows in your personality, I always admired that. See you later Uncle Tim.

I've known you since i was 11 years old.  I was really blessed because you were not only my 
Brother in law.  But you are my Brother.   I was so very lucky to have had the honor of you,  being in my life.
 My heart aches so much for my Big sister Mary an T.J.  For the most unexpected loss of you. 
 Nobody's life will ever be the same since your no longer with us. 
   I can never thank you enough for all the love you gave to my daughter's Katie & Jessica. You loved them as your own.

While I was not your biological father, it really didn't matter - just semantics.  To me, you were my son and I was proud to call you that.
I'll never forget all the good times we had together.  It's hard to accept that we won't be able to continue our golf, poker, pool shooting, etc.
You'll be happy to know that Mary and TJ are so strong and dealing with this tragedy in the very best way possible.  The whole family has supported them and will continue to do so.  TJ has stepped up to become "Man of the House" - a role you prepared him well for.
You've left quite a legacy and you'll never be forgotten.  Someday we'll resume those family get-togethers and have some more laughs.  In the meantime, we'll miss you more than you can imagine.

Mary,
Tim always had a tough guy person at work. (most men do!) But he showed me his true big hearted side many times, especially when he talked about you and family.
He showed his true spirit when he told me about taking in TJ’s friend, Victor.  And sadly, when he talked to me about losing Victor.  
During that very difficult time I truly saw a big hearted man to whom his family meant everything.
I do not mean for this to bring more sadness, but only to highlight that what the two of you did for others, speaks volumes of what great character both you and Tim possess. 
It may be hard to see beyond the pain you have for the loss of Tim.  My prayer for you is this!  May Tim’s memories bless you and TJ as you allow God to be your refuge and strength.

Mary, TJ , family and friends,
As you all know, heaven gained a new angel a bit too soon a few weeks ago. I would like to tell you about my friend and family member, the amazing Tim Graham and the last conversation we shared together. On May 11th, we threw my daughter, Alexis, and TJ, a graduation party the day Alexis graduated law school. We all decided as a family to make the party for the both of them because they both finished school this year and because TJ has been in our lives for the past 8 years constantly making our daughters life and ours... a whole lot brighter. So we thought what a better way to celebrate the two of them. At the party, Tim and I were sipping our drinks and talking about the kids. Tim was filled with joy and passion talking about how ecstatic he was that TJ had graduated, he was more than proud of his son and his accomplishments. He explained to me how thankful he was for Alexis coming into TJ’s life, saying how Alexis and TJ were going to have a much easier life together with their degrees, and how proud he was of the two of them pushing each other towards success and working as a team for a better future.

He thanked me for Alexis coming into TJ’s life and helping him become a man, but I stopped him and explained to him that TJ already was a man, Alexis just helped him to stay on track with life, just he as did for her. He hugged me and he said “I am so happy we are going to be a family” and I hugged him tighter and said, “we already are family.” That conversation will forever remain in my memory and I will hold it dear to my heart.
This man, he touched a lot of lives, and I am included in that list of lives. He was a great husband, a great father, uncle, brother, cousin, friend... you name it. It aches my heart that TJ and Alexis’ children will not have the blessing of meeting their Grandpa Tim. However, I will never let our grandchildren forget him, even if he won’t be around physically. From stories about how funny he was, to nascar trips, to teaching them about the seahawks, and just reminding them how amazing their other grandfather was. I am sure he will remind them too while he watches over them and guides them from above. This man was more than a man, he was one of a kind... and I am proud to say that my wife, Paulette, and I, had the pleasure of being this wonderful man’s friend and family. 
Tim, I know you are here with us in spirit today, and I just want to tell you, that I miss you and love you, man. I am proud that my daughter and your son chose each other and made us one big amazing family. In your honor, I shaved my beard into a goatee, just like you liked it. I hope heaven is wonderful and I pray that you keep all of us safe.

I am at a loss, it’s still hard to believe that you are gone. We were just all together last month playing the drinking game.  I honestly thought that you taught my grown kids that game, but come to find out it was “RJ” my kid, who taught you how to play. You were always the fun Uncle who shared childhood stories about you, Jay, & Julie.  Thank you for the memories, we will always treasure them. Every time I hear “Damn Gina” I will always think of you. Rest In Peace. Love you Tim 💜 

I am Tim’s younger brother, or one of his younger brothers, as Tim was the oldest in our family.  Damm it this is hard.  My best memories are when we were young.  Tim and I did a lot together and we had each other’s backs.  I learned so much from my older brother.  I really do miss that time of our lives.  Once high school came we both got into our own separate cliques and lives that we did not really do that much together anymore; however, Tim was still there and always helped me out or gave me a ride when needed.  He was a very kind and generous person.  Once high school was over I joined the military and kinda lost contact for a while.  Then I moved 400 miles away and we really lost contact for awhile.  Years later I came back down to Southern California, but we probably only had seen each other twice a year.  We both had jobs and families and stuff that gets in the way, but I know now that is just an excuse.  This is one of my biggest regrets.  As I said, the good stuff I will always remember is when we were young.  That will always be what I remember most.  We did a lot together,  but I am saving the specifics for the service.  I hope I can share it with you all.  I love and miss you Tim.

Uncle Tim,
My heart is heavy as I write this. You were the fun that couldn’t be stopped and you brighten every room that you walked into. You loved hard and made everyone who came into contact with you feel welcomed. 
For me you were more then an Uncle, you were like a father. You took that role in my life from very early on and always loved and treated me as if I was your own child. I feel so blessed to have had your strong fatherly presence in my life growing up. 
I have so many fond memories with you, Aunt Mary, Tj, the Kings and the Clarks. All of my good childhood memories begin with “when i was on vacation with my Uncle Tim and Aunt Mary...” and I will always hold these memories dear to my heart.
Thank you for inviting me into your side of the family and allowing me to grow up and call them my extended family. I feel so lucky to have had you in my life and I will miss you a ton.

Tim had the personality that would allow you to like him immediately.    I had the honor of getting to know Tim through Mary.   Always a smile and a hug when we greeted each other.   He made you feel like you knew him forever.
    I have often said that Tim & Mary are the most in love couple I had ever met.   From the time they  met in high school till he passed.   You could feel the love, respect and joy towards each other just by being around them either as a couple or individually. 
    I know their faith was strong and I pray that that faith will carry Mary and the families through his passing.   I know they are all filled with grief but I also know they are filled with so many wonderful memories to help them through.   
    
     
        

Uncle Tim,
It saddens me to write this. I want to thank you for everything you did for me and giving so many memories that I’ll hold tightly in my heart. Thank you for taking me into your family  and loving me as one of your own. One of my favorite memories of you was at my wedding shower and you wanting to win the game so bad. You definitely did. You got everyone’s necklaces. I love you Uncle Tim.

To my daughter Mary and Grandson TJ,
Tim left so many memories for us to remember him by. I could have never asked for a better son-in-law. He was a wonderful husband and partner in life  for my daughter and Dad to TJ. He was always ready to give love and support to our side of the family. One memory that stands out and I’ll never forget is when he was there for us when his sister-in-law Robyn was in a terrible car accident. She was sent to the County Hospital and we were told to hurry because she may not make it but her four year old daughter was taken to Loma Linda. To make a long story short, myself, Mary, James and Mike went to Robyn’s bedside and Tim went to check on Katie. Uncle Tim was Katie’s white knight. He let the hospital know he was there for her and would be as long as she needed him. The was the type of man he was. He loved his family hard. I thank God for him and all that he was. Mary, TJ, and we were all blessed to have had him as long as we did. We will miss him but we know he’s doing God’s work in Heaven.

Things we'll miss about Tim:  His smile greeting us at VantagePoint, his insane energy at the Easter Egg Hunt, seeing him wear Seahawks gear all football season, and just knowing he was sitting behind us at church ready with a hug when it was time to greet those around us.  Those moments are now treasured memories which have a special place in our hearts.

Eight years ago  Jim & I was looking for a church closer to us. We were invited by friends to VantagePoint. We were given sound advice check it out for a month before you decide to join.  Jim & I decided to do just that, no decisions until after a month.  Our second week there, we see you and Mary. We were so excited, that being said Jim calls Kyle after we get home and tells him, Mom & I found a new church. Tim & Mary go there and they love VantagePoint. Family takes care of family, and we knew how much family meant to you!
Every week you asked us How are the kids doing?  You were a Living Proof of a Loving God! 
We grieve that you are gone and yet celebrate your life. 
I am counting on you to be a part of the Greeters that Welcome all of your family & VantagePoint family into Heaven!  ❤️

I remember when I first met you.  Julie and I just started dating and she wanted me to meet her family.  So she wanted to make dinner for all of us, her famous lasagna. When we all got there  we were all hangin out and getting to know each other.  I began to feel more comfortable with everyone having a good time.  Then I had to get up to use the restroom so you all decided to play a prank on me.  When I came out, since I was the “New Guy” you all felt that I should say grace.  At the time, I wasnt sure you guys were serious or not so I went along with it.  I was nervous as hell, pits sweating and all because it was the first time meeting everyone.  So we then sat down and right before I kind of looked around the table.  Everyone had a serious look on there face, so I was like ok here we go.   I felt something was off. I took one last look around the table and you happened to look back with a weird smirk on your face,( I can still remember it like it was yesterday) like you were holding back a laugh. You were  also still wearing your hat which threw everything off, so I decided to call “Bullshit”.  Everyone started laughing because I was so close to going thru with it. You almost got me.   That was along time ago and so many things have changed since then.  I will never forget all the great times we’ve had, all the parties, camping trips, vacations, family get togethers staying up all night, making our own song lyrics, Holidays, BBQ’s, NASCAR, cruises, and crazy dorky stuff we did and said.  The list goes on and on as the memories will be with me forever.  Most of all I will never forget your kind heart. You would give your shirt off your back to help someone who needed it.  You have done so much for us and cant ever thank you enough for everything. You were not just my brother in law you but also one of my best friends.  You will live on in our hearts forever.  Rest in Paradise.   I Love you Brother!

My friend Tim, I met him when I was sixteen years old, his son and I were buddies in High school and that’s how I met him. Right away I knew Tim was one of the coolest and nicest man I would know. Him and his wife Mary became close friends with my parents and they were like family to all of us. I worked with Tim for 5 years. We had fun working together and laughing at the weird stuff that would happen at work and inside jokes. I can’t believe he’s with God now, but I know we will all be there with him some day. Tim, I will be missing your epic dance moves and you singing karaoke at our parties, singing “Taking Care of Business” like a boss. My heart is heavy... But we’ll see you again some day. My family knew Tim and Mary through Tim's sister Julie.  We spent the past few summers camping together at Doheney Beach over the 4th of July holiday. Tim was such a wonderful man. He was always smiling, and oh man did he love to dance. My favorite memory was when he had all the kids out in the street dancing. He was showing them all his moves. Hahah I can still see it. Wonderful times were had by all. Thinking of all of you ❤️

Dear Tim,
You were always my positive light in life.  So much laughter,  joy and happiness was centered around you. I have so many happy memories of all your accomplishments, our weekend celebrations, our beach house vacations and most of all the hugs and endearing conversations,  when we would laugh until we cried.  I was so proud of you in every way.  My heart is broken and heavy with sadness as I struggle to comprehend that you are not here.  But I know you are in a happy place and at peace and my love for you will be forever strong.

Every Sunday I looked forward to your hello and high five as I walked on to the campus of Vantage Point Church.  No matter the weather Tim was always at his "Spot" in shorts, t-shirt and flip flops.
