This family misses you every day.  Your humor despite your pain will never be forgotten. Wish you could have written that joke book! 
One year since you have been gone-- has not been an easy one.

Fortunately, for us all, there are those precious souls who, by enduring challenges, teach us how to appreciate and share the gifts of every life. Mark was certainly selfless with his gifts to us. For it is no secret that Mark’s way was the way of giving when it was all he had, caring by setting aside his difficulties to soothe another’s grief, and to love a family who unconditionally loved him. I only met Mark a few times. Yet, during each encounter compassion was evident in his eyes and the tone of his voice offered a unique solace, gratitude, and comfort. I share the certainty that his joy remains full of those qualities as evidenced by the vision of his smile paired with the humble acceptance of his gifts by all who met him. Mark’s life journey is complete.  


Mark had such a sweet spirit.  His shy smile and friendly demeanor was endearing.  My heart aches for his family as they say goodbye to their precious son and brother.  I am so very sorry for your loss, and for your sadness. 
This wonderful photo captures perfectly the essence of Mark and is a such treasure.  I love how his eyes just sparkle!  Rest in peace, dear Mark.

Mark always enjoyed gatherings and spending time with family and friends. His place at the table is empty but his place in our hearts remains!
