Polly Eppley Creasy, born on June 5, 1931, in Pearisburg, Virginia, passed away on December 30, 2025, at the age of 94. She was a resident of Macon, Georgia. Polly Ann will be buried in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens in Roanoke, Virginia on Saturday, January 10th 2026 and her son Jerry Dale Myers will also be laid to rest.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Save A Pet, 430 Maynard Church Road, Forsyth, GA 31029.
Polly Ann was the daughter of the late Laura Johnston Eppley and Wandles Emory Eppley. She was preceded in death by her son, Jerry Dale Myers and her brother, John A. Eppley and his wife, Mary and her nephew, Mike Blankenship. She was the former office manager of John H. Hampshire, Inc. in Roanoke and was a graduate of Radford College.
Polly Ann is survived by her daughter, Dora M. Brandow (Darryl); grandson, Tom Brandow (Erin); great-grandchildren, Miles Brandow, Shaw Brandow, and Willa Brandow; sister, Bonnie E. Bremner (Charles); several nieces and nephews including, Frank E. Hartman (Susan), Laura D. Potter (Steve), Sharon Blankenship, Laura Lee Key (David), and Charles Eppley (Esther); numerous cousins.
