when we would have our time together in Beloit Rehab it left smiles on our faces to hear each other say  with feeling as father - daughter - "I Love You." at the end of the day.

childhood memory - I was copying my brother, Dale, climbing up the ladder in the corn crib. Three steps to go to get to the top. I fell and broke my right leg. Daddy took me to the doctor to get the cast sawed off my leg. His shirt was torn - alot; as i screamed and cried because i thought (age 6) that the doctor was going to saw off my leg. Daddy did not get mad at me and understood. our last days were at the Beloit Rehab in helping to take care of him. Your 'voice' of concern and care for our many new friends/staff will miss you. I will deeply miss you Daddy and always forever remember your voice on my heart and in my ear. a verse i wrote in a country song of mine Say You Love Me - Daddy say you love me only if it's true, when i was scared you helped me be strong, thank you for being there, it really means a lot. hugs from earth to Heaven I LOVE you DADDY

Don will forever be missed! Atleast he isn't in pain anymore!

Sorry to hear about Don's passing.  I enjoyed working with him and hearing all of his stories. Thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
