I would like to thank Transitions Hospice for all your kindness and help through all of this. You were all a blessing to our family and my mom was calm and comfortable as she left us to be with God.

I'm  so sorry you had such a rough time this past month Mom. I know in my heart that  you are in a much better place now.  I love you and am happy for the good times spent with you. Thank you for all the funny memories. I will cherish all the happy memories I have had with you.  You will be missed by many people that have gotten to know you and we're able to laugh with you. Love you Mom!
