Barbara lived in Brevard County since 1962 and retired from L3 where she worked as a data clerk.
She is survived by daughter, Sandy Marsden (David), granddaughters Jessica and Heather Marsden, sister-in-law Linda Walters, nieces Elissa Winters (Jeff), Susan Benson and Tracey Dunlap (Robert), nephews Ernie Walters (Karen) and mike Walters all of Rockingham, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years Melvin Russell, her brother Haywood Walters and her parents.
A Visitation for Barbara will be held Saturday, September 29, 2018 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM with a Funeral Service held at 11:00am at the Life Event Center at Florida Memorial, 5950 S US Hwy1, Rockledge, FL. Interment will follow at Florida Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to: Jupiter Elementary PTO/Playground fund, 950 Tupelo Rd SW, Palm Bay, FL 32908 or a charity of choice.
