Doris was born in Randolph, Massachusetts and is the mother of seven, Vic, Patricia, Robert, Danny, Peggy, Michael and Cookie. She had 18 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
She resided in the Melbourne, Florida area since 1967 and made many friends throughout the years. Her motto was “Go 4 It Doris” and she lived up to this phrase. Doris kept a very active life, interested in many things including fishing, needlework, all music, especially singing harmony, NASCAR, playing pool and much, much more. She was an inspiration. One example of this is when she received her High School Diploma at age 75 and was featured on the front page of Florida Today.
What Doris will be remembered most for is her beautiful radiant smile and kind heart. She will be missed dearly by many.
