I was so blessed to have my Grandmother until I was 26 years old and to have her meet my son. He will always remember the love from his great Grandma. We miss you! Happy Birthday.

I did  want to tell you how much I admired your mother. I received my real estate license when I was 21 I’m now 63.  Your mom was who I wanted to be like in Real Estate. I thought about her often. I wanted to let you know what a wonderful person she was. because of her went on to get my brokers License seven years later. And I’m still in real estate till this day. "Skip" passed peacefully this morning after a struggle to survive a broken hip in February 2021.
She was born in 1924 on a farm in central Missouri.  She is the last of five children from her parents Herman ("the German") and Rosa to survive.
She was a secretary for "Mr. Mc", the owner of McDonnell Aircraft, and was "Sky Queen". After Skip met Dad in a co-ed volleyball league, they married.  Then Skip was a wife, a mom, and a volunteer until I graduated from law school when she got “the bug” to become a Realtor.  She was Realtor of the Year multiple times in Brevard County until retiring in her 80s.
As you can see from the collection of pictures that her granddaughter assembled, her pride and joy were her two granddaughters and her great grandson.
Although she insisted that we not make a big deal of her passing, there will be a "celebration of life" in or around Gerald on or about March 19, 2022.
