Oh Mama, I was not ready for you to leave. I know you where ready. You had been preparing us for this day. I will miss our lunch dates, phone calls, laughing til we cried, movies, cards in the mail just because. I know you are preparing our house. You are probably painting and gardening. Ethel was such a precious lady, we will always remember her beautiful smile and her big heart. We had some good talks that I will never forget, she always encouraged me and helped me in a lot of ways. We have lost a friend, but God has gained an angel.

My Aunt Ethel will be missed but not forgotten. She will always have a special place in my heart. The stories and pictures and videos we have shared have been passed down to my children and grandchildren. From the time I was a little girl I have always looked up to her and could not hardly wait to see my Aunt Ethel and Uncle Jr at reunions and when they came in to see our family. She was such a special Aunt that I loved so very much. I know she is having a great reunion with Uncle Jr and Mom and Dad today.
