

Frances was born in Cave Spring, GA on December 2, 1927 to Albert Ray and Agnes O. Muffley. Her family moved to Waldo, Florida where she attended school.
Frances, in her younger years worked at the commissary at Camp Blanding and was a telephone operator before marrying Charles M. Browning, Sr. She has lived in Georgia and Alabama, with most of her life here in Florida.
Frances enjoyed working in her yard planting flowers, doing her crafts, and sewing. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed the time she spent with her caregivers and friends; Judy Cook, Shirley Cherf, and granddaughter; Shannon Browning, as well as the very special members of Hospice of St. Frances.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles M. Browning, Sr.; father, Albert Ray Muffley; mother, Agnes O. Shaw; brother, Charles Ray Muffley and nephew, Justin Muffley. She is survived by her daughter, Carol A. Morgan of Orange City, FL, and her son, Charles M. Browning, Jr., of Port St. John, FL; six grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and one more due next month.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 11am in Florida Memorial Gardens, 5950 US HWY 1, Rockledge, FL.
