

Louise was born on April 12, 1939, in Middlebury, Vermont, to the late Clyde and Yvette Gee. She was a woman of intelligence, dedication, and quiet strength. Louise earned her bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of Vermont, a reflection of her curiosity and commitment to learning.
She devoted 25 years of service to Health First Medical Center, where she retired as a Quality Control Specialist. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and strong work ethic were deeply valued by her colleagues. An active and energetic spirit, Louise enjoyed athletics throughout her life. She played basketball in high school and later found joy on the tennis courts and golf courses. Above all else, Louise’s family was the center of her world. She selflessly cared for her parents until their passing, embodying compassion, loyalty, and unconditional love. Louise found happiness in music, especially Big Band favorites, along with beloved artists such as the Bee Gees and the Doobie Brothers. She was also a devoted cat lover, finding comfort and companionship in her furry friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Gee and nephew, Casey Richards. Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Pamela Richards; her nephew Joe Richards and his wife Tiffani; her cousin Debbie Gee; great-nephews Adam Richards and Evan Benson; great-niece Alexa Ciepierski; and great-great-nephews Callan and Emmett Ciepierski.
A Catholic graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 4, at 2:00 p.m. at Life Event Center at Florida Memorial Gardens.
Louise will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her gentle heart, devotion to family, and the quiet grace with which she lived her life.
