After high school she met her future husband, (Glenard) Lee Kelley. They married March 18, 1945. Because Lee was in the military, they moved on a regular basis, with Mary Lou ultimately moving to TN, where she spent her last years.
Mary Lou was an avid bowler in a Patrick Air Force Base league and served as league secretary for many years. She also loved gardening and remodeling her home.
She is survived by two sons, a brother, four grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Her service will be held at 2:00 on January 15, 2022 at Florida Memorial Gardens in Rockledge.
