Michael D. Kerestes

Michael D. Kerestes was lost to this world tragically on May 6th, in the year of our Lord 2016. Michael was the devoted father to two beautiful children, Michael and Hailey. His children were blessed with a father that loved them both immensely; an abundant and overflowing love that will hopefully be felt by them for the rest of their lives.

Michael had a tireless work ethic that drove him each day of his life. The abundant energy he had in life was without rival. His exuberance was on display to all who loved him and that verve could clearly be seen whether he was on the job or lovingly playing with his children. His children were always on his mind and he loved them in thought, word, and deed. He showered love upon Michael and Hailey not just with words, but through joyous action and dedication.

Michael was a beloved son to George Kerestes and Kristina Kerestes, as well as beloved step-son to Karla Kerestes, much loved brother to Angela, Steve, and Troy, cherished grandson to Joanne and Peggy, and revered nephew to aunts Kim and Susan, uncles Jay and Jim, bountiful cousins along with a rich number of other family members too numerous to name, friends and of course his best friend, colleague, and roommate Jon Jackson. The loss felt by family and friends is beyond what mere words can convey. Michael will be missed throughout our remaining days and we look forward with loving expectation to the time when we will all be reunited.

A memorial service is planned for Monday May 23, 2016 at 4pm at Our Saviour Catholic Church, 5301 North Atlantic Avenue, Cocoa Beach, FL.
