Michael, who lived the majority of his life in Massachusetts, attended Bourne High School on Cape Cod where his abilities on the football field earned him the nickname "Ramb'lin Roberts"and also a scholarship to the University of Maine, Orono where he continued to tear up the field while also graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Out of college, Mike took a job with Rogers and Gray Insurance on Cape Cod and his panache for sales started his journey to being one of the top salesmen nationwide with CIGNA Insurance in the AD&D division during the 90's. Mike enjoyed a good round of golf and his travels afforded him the opportunity to play at golf courses around the United Kingdom. He also enjoyed the comradery of his high school friends who he kept in touch with throughout the years. Unfortunately, Mike suffered a stroke at a young age, rendering him disabled, yet this did not stop him from fund raising for Cape Abilities, a non profit organization on upper Cape Cod that provides programs and help for disabled individuals. Mike loved both Cape Cod and upper Maine, but relocated in recent years to Florida to receive better care as it became increasingly difficult for him on his own.
