Born in Drumnaskea, Malin Head, County Donegal, Ireland. She came to Brevard County in 1984 and worked at AAFES at Patrick Space Force Base and was an avid artist. Widow of retired Air Force Master Sargeant, Alexander Black, of Belfast, Ireland. Member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Rockledge, Florida and more recently Our Saviour's Catholic Church in Cocoa Beach, Florida.
Survivors are daughters Catherine Black Pank of Cocoa Beach, Florida, Cecilia Black (Pete) of Orlando, Florida, and Suzanne Black Lowe (Brian) of Longwood, Florida, and five grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

The final resting place for both Patricia Rose (McLaughlin) Black and Alexander Black will be St. Mary's Catholic Church, Lagg, Malin, County Donegal, Ireland.
