

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Aye Mar-Czincila and his beloved pup Yuki; his son, Dr. Robert Anthony Czincila, daughter-in-law Shannon Rafferty Czincila and grandchildren Nicholas, Connor, and Paige; his daughter, Stephanie Marie Egizi, son-in-law Gary Egizi and granddaughters, Makenzi and Ellie.
He is survived by his ex-wife Donna Traina, brother Michael Czincila and sister-in law Adisara Czincila. Bob was an amazing brother-in-law to Yin Yin Mar and Aung Min. Bob is predeceased by his loving parents, Michael and Sophie Czincila.
Bob was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1947. He graduated from Temple University as a Doctor of Podiatry and practiced in South Philadelphia for twenty years. After his practice ended, he taught at the Bishop Neumann High School and served as the President on the Voorhees Township (NJ) School Board of Education. When Transportation Security Administration was formed, after 9/11/21 he joined TSA as a Screening Manager and later become the Training Manager. He also served at Department of Homeland Security as a Senior Advisor to Assistant Secretary, and then Chief of Staff for Health Safety and Security at the Department of Energy. Bob’s passion was continuous learning and he achieved a Ph.D. in Medicine and Surgery, Master Black Belt Six Sigma Certification, OSHA Trainer Certification, and a Master’s Degree in National Strategy and Financial Services.
He retired in Melbourne, Florida in 2019 and enjoyed the Florida lifestyle. He cherished quality time with family and friends. He loved serving people, sharing knowledge, and helping people in need. Bob lived a beautiful life and will be missed by many.
Bob will be cremated by Florida Memorial Funeral Home and a private Buddhist Prayer and Blessing Service will be performed on Sunday, September 29, 2024.
