He began his life’s journey in Miami, Florida on February 26, 1959. Robert served his country in the US Army, obtained an electronics degree and retired from AT&T as a service technician. He enjoyed working at AT&T being able to provide a service and helping people with telephone and internet troubles.
He is survived by his wife Virginia Macintosh, his daughter Jennifer Sindora, and his brother Steven Kalinger.
He is predeceased by his mother and father Don and Joyce Macintosh, and his brother Daniel Kalinger.
He will be remembered for his compassion for people. He had a very generous and loving nature and would go out of his way to display his kindness and generosity to family, friends, and strangers in need. He was a wonderful and devoted companion to his wife, Virginia.
He had a great passion for music and played the guitar beautifully. He enjoyed getting people together to play music and enjoy life.
After retirement, he found another passion in arts and crafts. He loved working with minerals and created beautiful art projects with minerals which he gave to family and friends.
He thrived on intellectual debates and challenged people in spicy discussions (He poked the bear).
The family and friends of Robert G. Macintosh will forever be influenced by his love and devotion. He will be missed.
