On Tuesday, July 12, 2011 - Philip D. Simon of Rockville, MD. Beloved husband of 40 years to Donna Louise Simon; devoted and loving father of Gary Martin Simon; dear brother of Melvin (Margie) Simon, and the late Nathan, Mildred, Yetta, Gertrude, Pearl, and Eva; cherished Uncle Sonny to many loving nieces and nephews. Philip was a devoted animal lover, especially his beloved lab mix Morgan and Freddy the squirrel, who he fed every morning.A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 15, 11 a.m. at Danzansky-Goldberg Memorial Chapels Inc 1170 Rockville Pike, Rockville MD 20852. Interment to follow at Parklawn Memorial Park, Rockville, MD. The family will welcome visitors immediately following the interment at the Simon residence.
